We’ll meet in front of our office and take off from there. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This is about movement
with meaning.

🥾 What is RUCKING?
Great question. Rucking is simply walking with a weighted backpack (or any backpack for that matter)! It comes from military training and has gained popularity as one of the most efficient, accessible ways to build strength, stamina, and resilience—without the pounding of running or the isolation of a gym session.

You can carry whatever weight you're comfortable with—5 lbs, 10 lbs, or none at all if you’re just getting started. The key is showing up, being with your community, and moving forward together.
