We hope your summer is off to an epic start! ☀️ We wanted to let you know—our Sunday (June 29th) Ruck is officially canceled this weekend due to low registration. We totally get it… school’s out, vacations are kicking off, and there’s plenty of adventure already happening in your lives!

But don’t worry—we’re still here to help you stay aligned, energized, and ready to crush this summer! 💪 We can’t wait to see you this upcoming holiday week.

Quick heads-up:
🎆 We will be CLOSED on July 4th so our team can celebrate Independence Day with friends and family. Make sure to get your adjustments in before the fireworks start!
