September is a season of renewal. Just as the leaves prepare for change, it’s the perfect reminder that our bodies—and our health—are always ready for growth, healing, and transformation when we give them the right care. At New York Chiropractic Life Center and Disc Center NYC, we are here to support you in building strength from the inside out so you can live with energy, resilience, and vitality.

🗓 Important Schedule Updates

Tuesday, Sept. 16th: Open 8:00 AM – 2:30 PM
Sept. 18th–19th: Office Closed for Doctor Continuing Education
Rosh Hashanah, Sept. 22nd: Open 8:00 AM – 1:00 PM & 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM.

Please mark your calendars so you can plan your visits accordingly!

Office Hours Update

Starting NOW, our new office hours are:

Monday: 8am-1pm and 3pm (used to be 4)-6pm
Wednesday: 8am-1pm and 3pm (used to be 4)-6pm
Thursday: 9:30am-1pm and 3pm (used to be 4)-6pm
Friday: 8am-12pm
