Holiday schedule (new videos, scroll to bottom)
September is a season of renewal. Just as the leaves prepare for change, it’s a perfect reminder that our
bodies—and our health—are ready for growth, healing, and transformation when we give them the right care.
As we approach Yom
Kippur, we wish a joyful and meaningful holiday to all who observe. Yom Kippur, the Day of Atonement, is a time of reflection, forgiveness, and new beginnings—a powerful call to release what no longer serves us and to start fresh in mind, body, and spirit.
